Survey results show that people value the benefits of LinkedIn Learning services, but a lot of them haven't used it and doesn't know it is included in the tuition.

Observations
Observing simply by running a google search for “LinkedIn Learning UMD”, we discovered that the only page describing the LinkedIn Learning services availability to UMD students is a stand-alone page created by the UMD’s IT department with no existing links leading to it. Consequently, to find this information is possible only with the prior knowledge that it exists (again, how students can know “what they don’t know”). And some of the websites had Lynda.com (Name of LinkedIn Learning before it was changed)
